The Alibaba service offered the buyer the complete processes of "easy return goods" to refund the goods, she did't need to pay any costs, then she could do the return and refund 100%, but she didn't do it as per the Alibaba help. 2. Brushes are with good quality material(horse hair and beech); They have no quality problem, all are good for cleaning or polishing, will not affect the function. we offered the logo for free, didn't charge the buyer cost of logo, and we offered logo effects to the buyer for confirmation several times before printing logos on bulk goods. after her confirmation, we began the logo print. 3. buyer said 40 PCS logo are not clear, she wanna return all of brushes back and let us refund all cost. so we let her take a photo of 40PCS brushes with unclear logo, so that we could refund her. but she didn't offer picture. 4. When alibaba platform helped to offer the instructions of return goods and make 100% refund, she also didn't do it.
